11 Nonetheless, I agree w/ vapier. GLEP 39 supercedes GLEP 4, and clearly
12 the changes were extreme there. For the previous and current changes to
13 GLEP 39 the changes are much smaller, and I'd rather see the changes
14 done inline. *Shrug* It's a slippery slope, but I'd rather rely on
15 common sense until there's actual evidence that it's failing.
