Khai has come to join the Gentoo team from Pullman, WA. Khai will be |

helping out the gnome team. |

Khai was origionally born in China, moved to Germany, then migrated to the |

us. He is currently a senior in highschool, and will be attending the |
| 15 |
University of Washington next year. Besides computers, Khai plays |

varsity tennis and snowboards. |

Patrick Lauer (bonsaikitten) |

Patrick has come to join the Gentoo team from Germany. Patrick will be |

helping out with Cygwin and x86 bughunting. He has been using Gentoo |

since gentoo 1.0. |

Danny has come to join the Gentoo team from Witten, Germany. Danny will be |

helping out the amd64 team (I heard jhuevel say something about kugelfang |

being tortured. Wonder what torture is planned for him). Gentoo is Danny's |

first opensource project.:) |

Danny is a musician for a hobby and plays the flute. He also enjoys |

cooking, and says that we should taste his wild pig roast with knoedel. |

Danny currently lives with his parents and little sister, but will soon be |

moving to his own appartment.....(I wonder if we should be worried about |

that.:) |

Roger has come to join the Gentoo team from Austria, and will be helping |

out releng. He started using Gentoo in 2002 when he got ADSL. |

Roger is a medical student, and is currently serving for the |

redcross as an ambulance-man (12 months instead of compulsory military |

service). His girlfriend kindly tolerates that he spends a lot of time on |

Gentoo's irc channels.:) |
