1	The tcl-tk-8.4.2 ebuild (and maybe the tcl-tk-8.3.3 ebuild as well) create
2	the dead link /usr/lib/libtcl.a. The problem is that /usr/lib/libtcl8.4.a
3	is not created, which libtcl.a points to.
