[gentoo-dev] Package up for grabs: app-arch/lrzip

The following package is up for grabs, since the proxied maintainer
resigned:

app-arch/lrzip

From a quick look, the only bug open is a file collision [1] +
keywording request [2]. The only revdep is mail-filter/amavisd-new,
though it looks like app-arch/libarchive is a potential revdep [3].
