15 It should be, Oracle kicked most all foss stuff to Github, and shut
16 down java.net. The good news most all stuff is now under one location.

19 I know this was not ideal. The learning less is to not rename packages
20 per upstream. Per IRC seems it may have been dev-javamail long ago...
