8 Another major problem is identically named programs. I can think of one
9 in particular, not in the tree at the moment, but both would belong in
10 net-misc (two authors independantly wrote programs to do basically the
11 same thing, with slightly different extra features, and then named them
12 the same thing).

14 Even if they aren't in the same category, support for identically named
15 programs is important.
