This presently has bothered me, because it basically means with the |

roll-out of RESTRICT="!test? ( test )", and the QA/Repoman changes that |

complain if you have both USE="test" and not that RESTRICT=, that |

basically every single package with tests now advertise that it is |

test-restricted, which is both false, and not helpful to any consumer. |
