I would be very interested in the same. I'm currently involved in setting up |

an "off-line mirror" for a open source center in Uganda. Bandwidth is |

definitly third-world there (32kb max). |

Plan is to ship harddisks to and fro by snail-mail on a quarterly basis. Any |
