I'm tossing this new global USE flag at you for the sole purpose of adding |

support for the gatos drivers to some packages. The GATOS drivers provide |

support for TV tuning and capture specifically to ATI's line of cards with |
| 8 |
such capabilities. Stuff like xfree and xfree-drm can use this to determine |
| 9 |
when to install the flashy TV-capable drivers as opposed to the boring |
| 10 |
vanilla stuff. Thanks! |
