[gentoo-dev] retirement

Hello all,
My life has changed quickly over the last several months, especially
with marriage and the like.  My motivation for working on Gentoo is
almost nil at this point, and I don't see it picking back up any time
soon.  It's best if I retire.

This is a great distro and a great community.  I'll try to help where I
can, but as a user, not a developer.
