Sure. And it's a benefit, if your package mangler is carefully |

designed to avoid doing unnecessary I/O. It's just not the primary |

point. The primary point is that it handles whatever we feel like doing |

in the future, even the "conveniently ignoring" stuff that you're |

conveniently ignoring. |
