15 ...but are you saying then that there would be a case where we want
16 dev's to be able to commit these paths into the tree?? I would
17 think we would want these in global .gitignore primarily because we
18 want to be sure no errant newbie dev (or newtogit dev) that happens
19 to use one of these paths ends up committing something that adds them.
