Due to the constant emails about a new bugzilla release I decided to |

give in and update to 2.17.6. I tested bugzilla before putting it in |
| 21 |
production and only had some minor problems which lasted about 15 minutes. |

Other than that everything transistioned nicely, I also added a new |
| 23 |
resolution status "NOTOURBUG" to make things more organized instead of |
| 24 |
"WONTFIX" which has other characteristics. If you've noticed something out |
| 25 |
of sync or not quite right, please feel free to email me. |
