14 "NGSCB" is perfectly clear to many Microsoft employees and those with an
15 obfuscation shredder-- it may not be so clear to end users, news reporters
16 and potential critics. Likewise, having a category named as a single letter,
17 for example, might be perfectly clear to the developers and developer
18 community members, but it would be obscure to everyone else.
