[gentoo-dev] Release Engineering Status Report

Devs,
To promote better communication between Release Engineering (releng) and
the greater Gentoo community, releng has started posting periodic status
reports. The purpose of these reports is to keep the community informed
on the progress of the releng team as well as notification of test
releases and other important news.
