16 Pretty reliable for this case which affects only users upgrading from
17 previous versions to >=0.24. How likely is that someone has had such
18 version previously, then uninstalled paludis completely leaving config
19 files around, and now installs >=0.24? So likely it's worth that future
20 fresh installs of say 0.50 will display this news too?
