Hi all,

I'd like to send a stabilization request for a package (I'm not a
maintainer of the package, I just sent a new ebuild a month and half ago).
I have found at least two guides:

https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Bugzilla/Bug_report_guide#Request_stabilization
https://devmanual.gentoo.org/keywording/index.html#moving-from-arch-to-arch

The second one seems to be more actual - recommends to use NATTkA. Could
you give me an example how to file a new request? It seems to me
that NATTkA can handle only existing bugs, so to file a bug one must use
different way.

What's the actual recommended way to file a stabilization request?

Regards,
