5 Take a look at http://glep.gentoo.org and you'll find GLEP 1 which
6 details the rationale behind GLEPs along with what a GLEP should have in
7 it. I'm recommending that people use ReST to create their GLEPs (GLEP
8 2), but you're welcome to use guide-xml if you prefer (see GLEP 4 for an
9 example). If you want a brief example of the structure of a GLEP, take
10 a look at GLEP 7. When you're done, e-mail your GLEP to
11 glep@g.o. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me
12 or liquidx.
