I noticed that postgresql ebuild cannot compile the |

database with multibyte support. |

It would be nice if there would be a "unicode" use flag. |

I was wondering if it's better to have a "unicode" |

flag or call it "multibyte" or something like that, |
| 8 |
because it activates something more than only unicode |

inside postgresql (other mbyte encodings). |

PS: it would be nice if portage could maintain a list |

of possible use flags, based on ebuild files contents, with a brief |

description on each. |
