kde-3.0 is just a shell ebuild that depends on other ebuilds. It |

doesn't install anything itself. Since all of it's dependencies are |

already installed, it doesn't need to do anything. |

Take a look at the ebuild and you'll see. I'm guessing konqueror is |

in kdebase, so try "emerge kdebase". |
