10 When you can find a group that can maintain keywords for the entire
11 tree with fewer than ten people and a similar number of machines
12 averaging 500-600MHz each (to take alpha as an example), or
13 approximately three active devs with machines averaging below 300MHz
14 (mips), then you can accuse the arch teams of slacking.
