With mcummings recently leaving the team and many of the perl herd members |

currently inactive, the perl herd could really use some help. The two main |
| 5 |
areas are working on core perl, and working on perl supported ebuilds. Perl |
| 6 |
supported ebuild devs should have a perl development background, while core |
| 7 |
perl devs should have a background in the actual inner perl workings. |
