11 This I don't know. Perhaps this would be a feature enhancement. CC's do
12 however have one other property that distinguishes them from votes. People
13 who are cc-ed to a bug must accept getting mail on it. Votes can be cast and
14 forgotten about. CC's keep asking for attention. You don't add a cc unless
15 you're interested.
