11 There are actually two options for us according to upstream. One is the
12 one you are talking about -- mounting /usr from an initramfs before / is
13 mounted. The other is to mount local file systems, if setups are simple
14 enough, before we start udev. I could set this one up easily enough just
15 by moving localmount to the boot runlevel.
