FileManager is an awesome web based file manager from horsburgh.  I am not
good enough to make a full ebuild for it, its a complex install/setup
script.  But I did modify its startup script, and make an init.d script
for it, so here they are.
the start script replaces the /usr/local/fm/etc/start file. and put the
filemanager file in /etc/init.d, then just "rc-update add filemanager
default" and your set.
