6 There was a period when qtiplot required qt4 emerged with qt3support USE
7 flag. So, it had pkg_setup which checked this and produced an error it

10 qt3support was not a USE flag of qtiplot. So, I agree, there seems to be
11 no reasons to make it a global USE flag.
