[gentoo-dev] vim-6.3.068 needs testing

I've added {vim,gvim,vim-core}-6.3.068 to the tree in package.mask. I'd
like them to get a bit of testing before I unleash them upon ~arch,
since they have some fairly non-trivial changes. I'm mostly interested
in whether the vimrc works, whether vim scp://blah/ still works and
whether it bombs out with some weird error during the build... Oh, and
whether editing your make.conf has sane highlighting or not...

I finally switched to using x.y.z rather than abusing x.y-r. The -r
stuff was for historical reasons -- I was previously leaving it on the
assumption that agriffis wanted it that way, but it turns out that he
inherited that from someone else and doesn't like it either :)

Here's hoping the mailing list gods don't eat this message or sit on it
for several hours...
