Now to my question. In the nvidia-kernel ebuild, the kernel module is placed |

This means that a recompiled kernel, specifically a make modules_install will |

overwrite the NVdriver file in /lib/modules/{kernel-version}/kernel/video |

Wouldn't a more appropriate place be /lib/modules/{kernel-version}/video like |

the alsa modules go into /lib/modules/{kernel-version}/misc ??? |
