[gentoo-dev] Ebuild for ssh2 (ssh.com) and openssh and change to "virtuals"

The recent problems with Openssh prompted me to search for a alternative.
Having used tectias ssh for some time in the past e searched for an ebuild. Having not found it i wrote one and posted it on bugzilla (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29472 ). After talking to some devs i changed the ebuild to come with PROVIDE="virtual/ssh" . I ended up changing openssh ebuild also.

So for this to be able to get into portage and adittion needs to be made to the "virtuals" list. I propose "virtual/ssh	net-misc/openssh" so that we continue to use free software and only resort to non free if the user wants (and can).
