12 Ok, fixed the documentation, replaced OPENSUSE_PACKAGE with OBS_PACKAGE.
13 OBS is whole service that can host pretty much anything.
14 OPENSUSE_RELEASE is just to make it easier to take files from one
15 particular project (that I'll be using for "stable" releases of some
16 packages). So it has some reasons to have different prefix...
