8 Maybe i'm a bit naive, but that sounds very pessimistic to me. I would
9 rather think that devs who will add a use.local.desc entry for a global
10 flag and their package will only do it when they have something more
11 useful than the default "Adds foobar support" to say. Otherwise, why
12 would they do so?
