5 LDAP keyserver should not be too difficult to set up, and would be
6 generally quite useful. Remember that HKP keyservers are broken by
7 design and simple keyring files are not terribly scalable. Suggest a
8 keyring which can be read from or updated, but which does not normally
9 accept addition of new keys. ie, someone with priveleged access must add
10 new keys to the keyring, but anyone can update an existing key with new
11 signatures, upload revokation certs, that sort of thing.
