These symlinks are present, but it appears that your kernel ebuild process |

did not put a valid copy of the kernel source for -ac9 under /usr/src - |

there was no version.h in the /usr/src/linux -> linux-2.4.4-ac9, but there |

was in the earlier versions. I've now rm'd the offending source and copied |

from the copy of the source I got from /tmp after the ... unpack operation. |
