12 Gtk did, do this. We had GTK and GTK2 once upon a time. We removed it
13 and basically said that its up to the maintainer to decide which gtk
14 version a application was going to use and the gtk use flag would be
15 used for that.

17 I don't want to go down the path again of having two nearly identical
18 flags for a different slotted version of a framework. I'd like to see
19 just qt with a maintainer deciding if its going to be qt3 or qt4.
