10 Most all still exist, plus new ones. Yet noting new is done to address.
11 Nothing changes for the good. Rather instead keep doubling done on the
12 old direction which keeps having a destructive impact. Maybe new
13 people, still learning the same lessons over and over. Old ones still
14 trying to force things to work the way they have never and will never.

17 being neglected and suffering. You would just stand by silently?
