7 GCC is now EAPI 2 except for gcc-apple and kgcc64. I'm going to deprecate EAPI
8 0 and 1 soon but need to give people time to update overlays afterwards. It
9 won't be hard to move to 4 after that but it'll need another deprecation cycle.

13 Personally I think we should always keep the latest three EAPIs around, so 4, 5,
