12 As to make this as simple to understand as possible I will rephrase
13 everything here. We are still working with upstream on the ability to to
14 - --enable-official-branding for firefox-1.5 and thunderbird-1.5. We have
15 enabled canvas and svg support as default from here out. Upstream has
16 stated in the past they would not allow gentoo to brand until this was
17 default action for source installs. So what it all comes down to is your
18 now using a firefox/thunderbird-1.5 that is built as close as possibe to
19 binary package, with your less needed options being avaliable still
20 based on USE flags. If this is still a bit confusing I apoligize, but
21 you will see were it is all going when branding support is added to the
22 tree.
