As to make this as simple to understand as possible I will rephrase |

everything here. We are still working with upstream on the ability to to |

- --enable-official-branding for firefox-1.5 and thunderbird-1.5. We have |

enabled canvas and svg support as default from here out. Upstream has |

stated in the past they would not allow gentoo to brand until this was |

default action for source installs. So what it all comes down to is your |

now using a firefox/thunderbird-1.5 that is built as close as possibe to |

binary package, with your less needed options being avaliable still |
20 |
based on USE flags. If this is still a bit confusing I apoligize, but |

you will see were it is all going when branding support is added to the |
22 |
tree. |
