19 The problem is not only in technical merits. The technical issues are big
20 but I'm quite sure it is possible to overcome them. However the biggest
21 impediment to this is organization. How are you going to make all those
22 hundreds of thousands of developers all follow the same direction. How
23 are you going to ensure that what they write is correct. It will still
24 be necessary to patch upstream packages as some will be broken.
