[gentoo-dev] FETCHCOMMAND-syntax

I read that the new portage uses a different syntax for FETCHCOMMAND.
(and that wget should do fine for now), but at least for ftp I have to
use lftpget, because it is the only program I have found capable of
using an ftp-proxy.

Could somebody please tell me what the new syntax is.
