If my understanding is correct, then yes. A "last rites" e-mail means |

that somebody is taking responsibility for removing a package unless |

there are notable (and credible) objections. Your e-mail was different, |
| 18 |
as it merely suggested that "someone" should remove the package, but |
| 19 |
offered no assurance that somebody actually would do so. Unless you were |

suggesting that you were going to remove the package yourself? |
