8 Why inexcusable? Why is leaving a bug open indefinately a bad thing?
9 If someone wants it, they can comment on the bug. This isn't a software
10 development project (for the most part :)) so leaving a bug open causes
11 no harm, other than to make it a bit difficult in some instances to find
12 what you are looking for among the large number of filings.
