I'm inclined to agree with this, mostly because GitHub is a private |

entity; any changes on their end could upend our development |

tea-table, so to speak. But we're also faced with a lack of manpower, |

so GitHub as a stop-gap seems okay enough. Perhaps we should mentor a |

few interested developers on infra business and see if anyone's |

interested in maintaining such an instance. It's my understanding that |
| 20 |
infra is rather busy as it is, so adding a few extra hands wouldn't |
| 21 |
kill them. |
