| 3 | It is my pleasure to announce, that after almost 1,5 years of the hard |
| 4 | work, the Gentoo Proctors project [1] starts working as was discussed |
| 5 | and approved by the Council at their last meeting [2]. |
| 6 | The main purpose of the project is to create the disciplinary body |
| 7 | handling direct Code of Conduct violations (this allows the Comrel team |
| 8 | to focus on the most serious violations). The Code of Conduct page was |
| 9 | updated accordingly [3]. |

| 12 | making it fly! |
