[gentoo-embedded] preliminary catalyst embedded system producing docs

Hey all,
I have some more preliminary documentation about how catalysts
embedded target works.  You can check it out here:

There are still a lot of patches I have to commit for catalyst to get
into the state described here.  It is all running and working for me,
but due to some issues regarding code getting commited I don't have
*any* timeline for when the code will be integrated.

Please look it over, lemme know what isn't clear, and lemme know where
my spelling sucks.
It is far from finished, but it's getting there.
