Sure I read this, but I didn't startet the NFS-Server,
because at first I want to get serial console working and console output
should appear far before mounting root.

There you absolutely right,  I mixed up my dumps, this one was from
using console=ttyS0 because Kernel crashing if try to open ttyCPM0, so I
want to override this to see if it works without try to open ttyCPM0.
I tried again with console=ttyCPM0,9600 and this was the Oops:

Kernel command line: console=ttyCPM0,9600.
PID hash table entries: 512 (order: 9, 2048 bytes).
Decrementer Frequency = 150000000/60
cpm_uart: console: compat mode.
Oops: kernel access of bad area, sig: 11

Just to remember, without trying to open ttyCPM0 Kernel was working up
to mounting root, which failed because of me.
