Subject: [gentoo-nfp] Gentoo Foundation Elections - Last Chance to Vote

Dear Gentoo Foundation Members,

As stated on the election page [1] voting for Gentoo Foundation Board
of Trustees Members term 2009/2011 ends TOMORROW, March 29th at 23:59
UTC. 70 out of 207 eligible Members [2] have voted so far, which gives
us turnout of approximately 34%.

This is your final reminder to submit your vote. Members who are
current Gentoo Developers can vote using "votify" script on (to find out how to use it, you should type "votify
--help" on that server). Members who don't have access to should e-mail their GPG-signed votes (which means a
ranked list of all running candidates) to election officials [3].

Please DO NOT FORGET to confirm your vote with "votify --submit"
command. It may sound weird but every year and in every election we
have a couple of people whose votes aren't taken into account because
they forgot to issue this command. So please make sure you have
actually submitted your vote before it's too late.

If you run into trouble, have questions or suggestions, you can reach
us on #gentoo-elections and #gentoo-trustees channels on or send an e-mail to our alias [3].

Results will be published shortly after polls are closed.

Thank you for your participation and all the votes,

For election officials,
Lukasz Damentko
