I have updated the build system to generate the ChangeLog now, and moved |

the old ChangeLog to a new filename. |

As of this commit, you should NOT be running echangelog anymore. |

The full ChangeLog will be generated by 'make dist' and included in the |

tarball for each release. |

As a side-effect of this, please be sure to include well-formed commit |

messages to Git! If you need a guideline for that, please see the Linux |

Kernel commit message guidelines. |
