This is what I came to, too. I just realized, that |

a) dbus adds to much overhead |

b) dbus experience can be reduced a lot on slow systems (due to |

timeouts) - as the calls involved can be really consuming. This is |

perhaps in contrary to the usage in most dbus applications |
