Another update. I disabled IPMI in order to see what was causing that.
The machine with 2.6.23-hardened-r1_patched panicked and locked up. I
couldn't get the message though.

I need it up and running so I moved it back to 2.6.20-hardened-10, which
works for me, and am working on setting up a VMWare image of the machine
in order to reproduce the problem and test it there.

Also, I had another machine complain about a bad page state. This one
was still using the original kernel config that I stared having the bad
page state messages so there's not many details there. However, the
program that triggered it is from a ColdFusion binary install and gives
the following from paxctl:

technetium ~ # paxctl -v /opt/coldfusionmx7/verity/k2/_ilnx21/bin/k2admin
PaX control v0.4
Copyright 2004,2005,2006 PaX Team <pageexec@××××××××.hu>

file /opt/coldfusionmx7/verity/k2/_ilnx21/bin/k2admin does not have a
PT_PAX_FLAGS program header, try conversion

Nov 6 11:18:53 technetium Bad page state in process 'k2admin'

Nov 6 11:18:53 technetium Trying to fix it up, but a reboot is needed
