Hi |
6 |
|
7 |
I have just installed SELinux. However, I am still a newbie on my own |
8 |
reading. So.. yup. here's a quick question: |
9 |
|
10 |
sshd works fine when the system boots at default run level. However, I cant |
11 |
seem to start and stop any daemon manually via `run_init` with sysadmin |
12 |
priviledge in enforcing mode. The log seems to show errors that deny say the |
13 |
sshd daemon from reading the console that i am logged into. Is this a normal |
14 |
behaviour in SELinux? |
15 |
|
16 |
I also have plans to write policies for mysql, barnyard and webmin and |
17 |
hopefully, i am not doing duplicate work. So if there's anyone working on |
18 |
them already, please do let me know ya? |
19 |
|
20 |
Hoping to hear from anyone soon! |
21 |
|
22 |
Thanks, |
23 |
Jasmine |
